Application by Prof.Dr. Yasemin Balcı (Application no. 2014/8881,25.07.2017)

The Turkish Constitutional Court announced on 6 October 2017 that the applicant's right to renumeration and possession (Article 35 of the Constitution) was violated on the ground that her fees originated from a number of officially designated autopsies were not determined by the aothırities according to relevant fee scales.
