Application by Mr Alaattin Yüksel and Mr İbrahim Yüksel (appl. no.2013/9463)

The Turkish Constitutional Court ruled on 5 November 2015 that the unreasonable lenght of the relevant domestic proceedings which lasted for 14 years and 4 months violates Article 36 of the Turkish Constitution.
