Application by Mr Ali Karatay (appl. no.2012/990)

The Turkish Constitutional Court ruled on 12 December 2014 that non-delivery decision of the maximum security prison administration concerning a movie DVD titled "Devrimden Sonra - After the Revolution" constitutes a violation of the prisoners right to access to information and his right to freedom of expression.
