The European Court of Human Rights has been playing very important role in Turkish domestic system since at the beginning of 1990's. As a result of the Court's judgments Turkish legal system has been restructured thoroughly. We are of the opinion that judgments and decisions of the Court contributed very much to Turkey's integration efforts into European society
