Application by T.A.A (application no.2014/19081, 01.02.2017)

The Turkish Constitutional Court announced on 10 March 2017 that the applicant's right to develop his personality and well-being (Article 17 of the Constitution), to enjoy his private life (Article 20 of the Constitution) and to have his case heard according to trial rights principles (Article 36 of the Constitution) were violated.
